These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the royal x platform. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out on this page. Please read carefully before you start.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use royal x, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. royal x reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documents as part of that process. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on the royal x platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed through the relevant local payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, and are subject to identity verification checks before release. royal x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and may take up to three business days. Any feesassociated with payment processing are disclosed at the point of transaction and are the responsibility of the account holder. royal x does not charge internal transfer fees between sections of the platform, as all sections share a single PHP balance.
3. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on royal x are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before you submit. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where royal x determines that a technical error has materially affected the outcome. Odds, game results, and payouts are determined by the relevant game provider or sports data feed, and royal x does not manipulate these outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the platform's records shall be considered the definitive reference. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed within each section of the platform. royal x reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed on suspended markets, or placed in circumstances that suggest abuse of the platform.
3.1 Sports Betting
Sports betting on royal x covers pre-match and live markets across basketball, football, e-sports, boxing, and other sports popular in the Philippines. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at the discretion of the data provider. Payouts for winning sports bets are credited to your account balance promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed and settled.
3.2 Live Casino and Slot Games
Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers and streamed in real time. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. royal x does not influence the outcome of any live casino table game or slot game result. All game rules, return-to-player percentages, and paytable information are available within each individual game interface. Players are encouraged to review these details before placing any wager.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the royal x platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to the platform itself. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes; exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain; providing false identity information during registration or verification; and using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. royal x monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and reserves the right to act on its findings without prior notice. Any balances associated with accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.
5. Responsible Gaming
royal x is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. We encourage every player to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits on time and money spent on the platform.
